An economic model based on a three‑year self‑financing objective , through member contributions, the provision of services to members and events .
A frugal infrastructure , focused on essential collective technological costs, relying on members making meeting and event spaces available .
Initial private and public investments to kickstart the first deployments , with funding being replaced by progressive contributions over three years.
Recruitment may be considered in year 2 depending on the financial balance and development projections.
Technè is currently supported by a consortium of actors involved at different levels of the value chain, foreshadowing the creation of a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest (SCIC) to reflect and manage the diversity of entities participating in the ecosystem dynamic.
The consortium and then the cooperative society of collective interest will enable:
To bring together private and public companies , associations, unions and learning communities
To involve local authorities and public bodies
To value differentiated contributions : monetary and non‑monetary
To give each member a vote
To allow for a weighting of governance rules
To define clear rules for access, membership and contribution
To ensure the strategic management of the Data space through a committee
To create cross‑functional working groups around use cases
To rely on structured alliances, associations and communities
To foster an ecosystem dynamic, Technè will prioritize governance centered on what brings together the diversity of actors, namely joint work on use cases involving two or more sectors and types of actors.
Recruitment may be considered from year 2 onwards, taking into account the financial balance and development projections.
The project coordination will be led by Dazi Avocats.
