Projects & Use Cases
Anchoring in the ecosystem
innovation in France

3 use cases
priorities

Technè is part of a clear ambition: to create an ecosystem dynamic by relying on the interconnection between multiple, creative and innovative operators .

France is investing heavily in fostering the emergence of unicorns in cutting‑edge technologies. These companies, some of which are leaders in their fields, must be able to develop within the framework of European initiatives.

Technè's objective is to contribute to accelerating the digital transformation of the French cultural industry, to stimulate its competitiveness and to regain control of the cultural offering .

Three priority use cases to be carried out were identified at the prefiguration stage of the project by the actors in the value chain, responding to the urgent needs to support the sustainability of the cultural offering.

Use case 1
Valorization

Interconnecting media outlets, their advertising agencies, and alliances with cultural institutions to facilitate access to advertising inventories and promote investment in local media (in the face of GAFAMs).

Use case 2
Ticketing

Interconnect the distribution networks of cultural establishments and ticket offices, by working on the ontology and avoiding double entry of programming data.

Use case 3
Interconnection with
other data spaces

Interconnect Technè with other French (Tourism, education...) and European (media, audience alliances) data spaces to create a scale effect.

A multitude
other possible use cases

Technè offers a common space that can be adapted to future construction projects.

Other use cases have already been identified and can be carried out by actors via Technè: archive valorization, cultural conversational agents, personalized recommendation tools, cross‑loyalty systems or event geomarketing services.

Additional or differentiated use cases can be explored as the needs of the sector evolve, in a logic of collective interest and sustainable transformation of the cultural ecosystem.

  • A tool to help guide local cultural public policies, for example for communities that want to strengthen their attractiveness by better understanding cultural and tourist attendance.
  • Integrating an artificial intelligence monitoring solution (Pleias...), cultural conversational agents (AskMona...), or even event geomarketing services...
  • Cross‑reward programs based on the Flying Blue model, for example.

Technè
Lever of collective power

Technè is a data space creating a common foundation to strengthen the position of players in the cultural and creative industry.

It addresses the need for a value chain that is still fragmented between producers, cultural institutions, ticketing services, distribution platforms and media.

Technè creates an ecosystem to build a collective European power based on data interoperability, complementary expertise and cooperation between sectors.

This systemic approach will transform the current heterogeneity into a strategic advantage and strengthen the weight of the creative and cultural value chain .
